Nov 4, 2016I wish someone would make a blog for this Harley from the brilliant graphic novel by Brian Azzarello. This is probably my favorite incarnation of the character maybe because I think she’s the only Harley who’s really perfect for Nolanverse Joker and can actually survive on his side. She’s smart, she’s enigmatic, she’s got dignity, she’s alluring. Even though she doesn’t have any lines in the novel, which I’m sure was done on purpose, we can see that she has that special bond with the Joker that she learned to read his moods or understand him without words. Besides, she’s the only one who’s seen him cry... If we happened to see this version of Harley on screen, I believe it’d be really different from Margot Robbie’s portrayal. I can’t imagine this Harley waltzing at him and be like “Hiya Puddin’ :DD’ because she’d immediately get a bullet to the head.So if someone seriously considered this idea, I’d willingly help you with icons, or make you a promo and what not. I really think in the ocean of Harleys this one would really stand out.chaoticjoke

Remember the Joker sending a message to Batman attaching the joker playing card that said “will the real batman please stand up?”. That’s the reference to Eminem’s “will the real Slim Shady please stand up”. This means Joker is very familiar with pop culture, maybe even more than we think.SO he will send such cards to Barbie, also with pop songs lyrics like “coMe on bArBie, leT’s go PaRty”, “you look better on a photoGRAPH if you LAUGH, that’s okay” or “are you a toy for a real boy? Ha hA Ha”, etc. Everything will be written either in red with his trademark chicken-scratch handwriting or, if he’s really bored, he might glue down random newspaper cutouts with those words. He has plenty of those.
